Nice recipe! I have a free dinner planning recipe and just included a link to this blog in a recent e-zine I sent out on convection cooking ( http://archive.constantcontact.com/fs032/1103157461190/archive/1103629957855.html)

I am big fan of wonderful cooking specially in steaks; it's just that I can't learn cooking steaks recipes. I tried so hard to cook but no matter how hard I try it goes wrong. Now I bought a book for recipes for steak and your help too.
